Norman J. LaCrosse 87, of Brussels, passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.  He was born December 23, 1928 to the late Louis and Mamie (Charles) LaCrosse. On May 5, 1948, he married Janice Renier at St. Hubert Catholic Church in Rosiere.

Norman was a farmer and worked at Christy and Peterson Builders Shipyards in Sturgeon Bay. He enjoyed being with his children and loved watching the grandchildren and great grandchildren. His favorite times were when he could be with his family.

Survivors include his wife Janice, children Lynn (Char), Gaylen (Jean), Randy (Debbie), David (Jodi), Leanne (Cheryl), Brenda (Jason), Jason, and Keri; son-in-law, Andy Derenne; and daughter-in-law, Jayme: also, 23 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lori Derenne; brothers, Mervin and Eddie; and 1 sister, Esther.

A mass for Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 14 at St. Hubert Catholic Church in Rosiere. Friends may call at Forbes Funeral Home on Friday, May 13 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and then after 12 noon Saturday at the Church until time of services.  The Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
