Dear Margo, our hearts are saddened with the news of Ed's passing. We knew he had serious health issues, but the loss of one's spouse is never easy. You are in our prayers and hearts, especially in the days ahead. As we get older, our dear friends come to mean so much to us. May the peace of God be with you and your family. Love, Martha & Punk

My plan to attend the visitation/service for Ed is being replaced by the visit of my only grandchild, age 6, from Copenhagen, but I wanted to express my condolences. Last saw Ed at SNF for coffee with the McD's group. Ed was always one of my favorites, and that KFC was so good. When Ed became a CPA the two of us were colleagues. My favorite memory was capsizing with Ed in the middle of Sturgeon Bay in May - BURRRRR! Truly good memories of a wonderful guy. Condolences and sympathy.

Margo and family,
Words can't express the sorrow I am feeling. Eddie was my favorite Iowa cousin I have loved him since I was a little girl. I'm only sorry I didn't come and visit. The guilt ways heavy on me. He loved you and the boys so much and was such a gentle soul. This breaks my heart. I know you must miss him so much. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. Eddie will have a great reunion in Heaven. My heart grieves as I know yours does too. So very very sorry. This is hard. 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Dear Margo and Family,
I met you in Madison many years ago and enjoyed seeing you and Ed when I would stop in at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Sturgeon Bay. I always found Ed to be very friendly with a great sense of humor... I am sorry for your loss, you are in my thoughts.

So sorry for your loss Margo. The Ireland family has been part of my life forever. The house in Cedar brings back wonderful memories, the camping trips where Ed was the jokester to us "little" ones even though we weren't that much younger. My folks and George and Meta traveled to see you more than once. I feel your loss, but hang on to all the great memories you two created! It was a good life. Sheryl Keeran Mayes

It is always a shock to lose a loved one and I would like to offer my wishes for peace and acceptance and comfort to Margo whom I knew many years ago in high school. I lost my husband 5 years ago and can empathize a bit but it is never the same for anyone, and I know you'll learn to deal with it in time. Best Wishes, Always.
