Sincere sympathy to all of Muriel's family.  Muriel was a classmate of mine at Brussels High School, Class of 1947.  I didn't know many of my classmates as a freshman, but Muriel was always friendly to all of us.  In later years we e-mailed each other and sometimes I would see her at Mass in Maplewood.  May she rest in peace.

A cornerstone of the "Cloverleaf" neighborhood, Muriel was truly the first cancer survivor I ever knew.  A hard-working, industrious woman with a caring and generous heart, she certainly made the most of her "second act" in life.  She left the world better than she found it, and I can't think of a better legacy to leave that that.

It really was a pleasure to get to know, and care for Muriel when she moved in to Pine Crest. Her goal was to get stronger and more independent each day. She gave her all. It was also great to get to meet her family. She had great, loving support from each of them. She is already missed. Soar high my friend, soar high! Rest in peace Muriel.

Extending our deepest sympathy to the family of Muriel.  She was a gracious woman gifted with many talents.  Our wedding day was extra special because of her beautiful floral bouquets and arrangements.  Eternal rest grant unto her and let perpetual light shine upon her.

I have very fond memories of Murial...especially when hanging around with Debbie.  She was so crafty and every flower arrangement she made was a work of art.  My condolences to the family on the loss of your dear mother.
