Aloha Mary Ann.....Your family were the greatest neighbors....I can always remember chasing each others cows when they got out and your father's, Vernies infectious laugh. Your father was especially understanding when we broke the glass blocks in his milk room by blasting ammonium nitrate explosions in our swamp to create habitat for ducks.
Your mom and my mom always shared recipes and maybe it was her German Potato salad that I enjoyed all me life. We luckily had Corpus Chrisi School....great times.....I really miss your whole family....maybe we can see Darlene next summer......Thank you for the memories and being wonderful neighbors.......Tom
