Gail Hathaway, 74, of Sister Bay died on Jan. 31, 2016 at Ministry Door County Medical Center.  She was born on Jan. 22, 1942 in Milwaukee.

Gail worked as a kitchen designer in Chicago for many years before moving to Door County eighteen years ago.   She worked as a free-lance sketch and acrylic artist in northern door for many years.  Gail was also an expert marksman and master leather carver.

She is survived by two sons, David (Kim) Hathaway, Doylestown, PA and Michael (Theresa Barber) Hathaway, Beach Park, IL; also surviving are friends: Roger and Tricia Hoover, Mary Bender, Lynn Dahlstrom, Joyce Stevens, Lee and Sandy McClouggage, Mike Farmer, Jim and Candy Yonker, Dan and Sally Salopek, Kathy Lamont, Sandy D’Amico, Toni and Shirley Smith, Cindi Benson, and Sue and Joe Jarosh.

Private services will be conducted at a later date.
