Fay Annette Cochenet, 79, of Sturgeon Bay passed away on May 14, 2016 at Whispering Heights.  She was born April 20, 1937 in Sturgeon Bay to Ernil and Edna (Jacob) Anderson.

On Jan. 18, 1959 she married Douglas L. Cochenet who preceded her in death on Aug. 28, 2002.

In 1955, Fay graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School.  She later graduated from the Northwest Institute of Medical Technology in Minneapolis Minnesota.  Fay was a member of the Decorative Artists of Door County and of Hearty Conditioning.

Fay loved bowling and was an awesome artist, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by 3 children, Lisa (Joe) Cihlar, Brodhead, WI; Craig Cochenet, Sturgeon Bay; and Terri (Scott) Delarwelle, Sturgeon Bay; grandson Steven (Tami) Delarwelle, 2 great-grandchildren, Logan and Piper Delarwelle; brother Gordon (Sylvia) Anderson, Ripon, WI;  sister, Gloria (Roger) Kintopf, Pickett, WI; in-laws,  David Belter, Becki and Gary Goetz, Susan and Phil Gray, Andrea Gonzales; nieces and nephews, and foster daughter Carla Dachelet, Sturgeon Bay.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Jason Delarwelle and sister Sue Belter.

Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 20 at Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
