James P. McArdle Obituary

James Patrick “Jim Mac” McArdle, 72, Sturgeon Bay passed away unexpectedly on December 9, 2023.  He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on January 21, 1951, to Philip and Phyllis (Ruess) McArdle.  Jim was a Vietnam veteran and served twenty years in the National Guard.  After a career as a mechanic at an Army Depot in Utah and then in Texas he relocated to Sturgeon Bay.

He is survived by a brother, Jerry (Terri) McArdle of Sturgeon Bay; a sister, Nancy (Joe) Costello, Price, Utah and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2023, at Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay with Rev. Peter Mannoja officiating.  Visitation will be at the Forbes Funeral Home from 1:30 p.m. until the time of services.  In-lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Old Glory Honor Flight www.oldgloryhonorflight.org
