Obituary

Dorothy Jean Roberts, 93, of Sturgeon Bay passed away on June 21, 2023, at the Skilled Nursing Facility in Sturgeon Bay. She was born November 30, 1929, in Sturgeon Bay to Lawrence and Edith Okerstrom. On July 2, 1951, she married Emmit G. Roberts; he passed away on June 18, 2006.

Dorothy was the consummate, wife, mother and homemaker. She loved cooking, baking, and raising her family.

Survivors include her five children, Larry (Brenda) Roberts, Tom (Cindy) Roberts, Susan (Robert) Weber, Mary Jo Roberts, John Roberts; a daughter-in-law, Mary Roberts; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Okerstrom, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded death by her parents, husband, two sons, Daniel and James Roberts, brothers and sisters.
