David Bongle

David Bongle, 59, of Sturgeon Bay, lost his battle with cancer on Feb. 19, 2020 at Sturgeon Bay Health Services.  He was born Nov. 14, 1960 in Sturgeon Bay to Domingo and Rosemary (Glass) Bongle.

After attending Sevastopol High School, Dave spent time in different parts of the country and Canada.  For many years he worked as a painter.  Dave was diagnosed with cancer several years ago, eventually becoming disabled. 

He is survived by 3 siblings, Diane (Jerry) DeMeuse of Pulaski, Danny (Joyce) Bongle of Fort Atkinson, and Dennis (Yvonne) Bongle of Luxemburg; nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.  Memories and condolences may be offered at www.forbesfuneralhome.com
