Charles Walter Brauer

Charles Walter Brauer, 80, of the Town of Union passed away at his home on September 29, 2021. He was born September 13, 1941, to George and Helen (Kozlowski) Brauer.

During his life, Chuck worked as a mechanic for numerous businesses including, Bosman’s Garage, Felhofer Brothers and Palmer Johnson.  He also had his own auto repair business for several years.  He currently enjoyed working on his farm in the town of Union.

Survivors include his four children, Steven (Sharon) Brauer, Gregory Brauer, Mark Brauer, Michael  Brauer (Maryann Dagata); grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Eugene (Janet) Brauer, Robert Brauer and a sister, Karen (Steve) Jenkins.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Randall Scott Brauer.

Private Graveside services will be held at Bayside Cemetery.  Forbes Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
