Carol Marie Lutzen, 84, Sturgeon Bay passed away at Bishops Court of Eden Vista in Green Bay on April 7, 2023. She was born May 15, 1938, in Menomonie to John and Geneva (Werner) Weber. She married James Michael Lutzen on June 15, 1957, in Menomonie.
Carol enjoyed gardening, crafts, fishing, camping and sewing. She was a “Great Cook”, and always made the best holiday pies. Carol enjoyed music, especially country music, and spending time with her family. She was a great wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her husband, James; two daughters, Debbie (Dean) LaRose, Two Rivers; Lenore (Jon) Knapmiller, Sturgeon Bay; two grandchildren, Shari (Craig) Asher, Luxemburg; Nicole (Eric) Kawski, Appleton; four great-grandchildren, Jack, Kensi, Noah and Brinn; a brother, Marvin Weber, Florissant, MO; a sister, Corine ( Walter) Roberts, Miltona, MN; in laws, Leo Lutzen, Boyceville, WI; Cleo Weber, Ridgeland, WI, Bob Christopherson, Ridgeland, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, Lowell Weber, Sally (Curt) Curtis, Joanie Christopherson, Joan Weber; in-laws, Jean Lutzen and Lawrence (Eileen) Lutzen.
Private family services will be held. Inurnment at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorials may be given to The Alzheimer’s Association
