Nancy R. Jeanquart, 84, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Cardinal Ridge, due to Alzheimer’s. She was born August 23, 1933 in Oconto, WI, the daughter of Slavie and Hazel (McCartney) Fiefarek.
Nancy was united in marriage to Floyd Jeanquart on August 22, 1953 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Her husband preceded her in death on May 6, 2013. Nancy was a homemaker and had a passion for sewing, solitaire and crossword puzzles.
Her love will live on in the hearts of her children, Jennifer (Charlie) McCrea, Plains Montana; Jeffrey (Dawn), Jay (Mary), Julaine, and Joel (friend, Jody), all of Sturgeon Bay; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Dale (Joan) and Rick (Nancy) Jeanquart, sister-in-law, Sheryl (Friend, Randy) Brabazon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, sons Jerold, Jonathon and James, 8 brothers and sisters and in-laws.
Nancy’s life will be honored with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Forbes Funeral Home on Monday from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass.
