Madeleine Flora Wolf, 89, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on July 23, 2017, at Algoma Long-Term Care Unit.  She was born on July 30, 1927, in Green Bay to Gabriel and Emilie (DeBauche) Schirk.  Madeleine graduated from East High School in Green Bay.  On June 21, 1947, she married Carl H. Kurowski in Green Bay, he preceded her on December 8, 1996.  On February 14, 2002, she married Harold Wolf in Brussels, he preceded her in death on May 26, 2015.

Madeleine loved gardening, going camping with her family, listening to country music, sewing, bowling, and the outdoors.  She was past member of the Ladies Aide at Grace Presbyterian Church, past Girl Scout Leader and Camp Counselor.   Madeleine especially loved the Green Bay Packers.

Survivors include seven children, Carol Charles, Steven Kurowski, Susan Marten, Jerry Kurowski, Katherine Carter, Eric Kurowski, and Dean Kurowski; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and step-children and their families.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two sons, David and Robert Kurowski.

Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. on AUGUST 7, 2017, at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay with Pastor Tom Athey and Jim Jeanquart officiating.  Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.  In-lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Door CANcer.
