Dear Erika, family and friends of Karl,
Please accept my sincere thoughts and prayers in the loss of Karl. We lived in Sturgeon Bay for 11 years and knew him from before we moved there, as he helped us find a home. Where else in the world would you find a realtor like Karl and a lawyer (thanks Ralph) who would welcome you interrupting their Sunday night bowling game to seal the deal and give us keys to our new home? Such special people! We all loved getting to know the rest of Karl's family over the years and are so saddened by his passing. It's been wonderful to reconnect the few times I've managed to get back to SB. You have all been through too much since we left. Please know that I will be there with you all in my thoughts over the next few days and beyond . Love, Carol

Dear May family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences as you face the difficult loss of your husband, father and grandfather! When my Mom was going through chemotherapy , Karl was often times volunteering at the hospital, and would share a supportive and upbeat thought with my Mom. I remember how she would smile afterwards and say "That Karl May, he is such a nice person! " He made a difference for many others, too... I know that his sons Dave and Pat were there lovingly guiding their Father as they celebrated his arrival into eternal life! Sending hugs to all of you!

Years ago Leon use to do our taxes. When Leon had retired Karl then took us on. Such great men! Our condolences to Karl's family.
