Darrell C. LaRoche, 83, Sturgeon Bay passed away at the Scandia Village Nursing Home in Sister Bay on December  26, 2017.  He was born June 17, 1934, in Green Bay to Albert and Geraldine (Coppersmith) LaRoche.  He served in the U. S. Coast Guard and was a welder at Bay Shipbuilding.  Darrell enjoyed gardening, old cars (Buicks), playing chess and liked Arabian horses.

Survivors include his two sisters, Juanita Lallemont, Sturgeon Bay; June Stupak, Port Washington; two nieces and a nephew.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gerald LaRoche; two brothers-in-law, Harry Lallemont and Andrew Stupak.

Funeral Services will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 31, 2017, Rev. Mark Englebert officiating.  Burial will be in Bayside Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Forbes Funeral Home after 1:00 p.m. Sunday until time of services.
