Billie and Family,
Becky and I have only had the pleasure of knowing you two for a very short time since we moved to the neighborhood 2 years ago. We feel blessed to have had the limited time spent with Al and will never forget when we first met him at our house having Barbecue & Beers watching the Super Bowl, with Al telling us about the pair of foxes that live in the neighborhood. Having never seen a Fox in the 12 years we have been coming to Door County, we both were surprised the very next morning, and we will never forget this, when we saw a fox running in the snow along the shoreline in the pre-dawn outside our bedroom window. From that point forward we nicknamed him Foxy Al.
It did not take long to realize what a great man Al was and loved seeing all the family that would gather on the shore of Riley's Bay at Al and Billie's place.
Billie, God's Blessings to you and your family during this time and please let us know if there is anything that we can help out with now or anytime in the future. Rest in peace Foxy Al...

We lost a great man, great friend and a great neighbor this week. As weekend neighbors starting 4 years ago, we got to know Al quite well and fell in love with his impromtu visits which kept us up to date on life and family. He was a generous and kind person who we will miss dearly. We enjoyed his watchful lookout for us, the neighborhood and his sound advice.

Billie,
we are here for you... reach out anytime!

Billie and family . I'm sorry to learn of Uncle Al's
Passing . My love to you all during this hard time. I loved Uncle Al's humor and stories . I'll never forget the summer out near the point with Al and his axe around the camp fire. Not sure the axe ever surfaced again ! Many great family memories with you all .
