  Marvin J. Pigeon, 74, of Brussels, died on July 31, 2008 at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center.He was born on April 16, 1934 in the Town of Humboldt to William and Alice (Servais) Pigeon. Marvin farmed and worked as a boilermaker for Proctor-Gamble.He retired from Proctor-Gamble in 1992 after 38 years of work.He was a loving husband and father, as well as a good provider for his family.On Oct. 10, 1953 he married Pauline Gibson in Green Bay.She survives, as do 11 children:Christine (Gary) Englebert, Sturgeon Bay; Janet (Gary) Jandrin, Casco; Linda LaLuzerne (special friend, Ben Shaw), Luxemburg; Dean Pigeon, Brussels; Keith (Darlene) Pigeon, Green Bay; Dennis Pigeon, Brussels;Sandra (Robert) Neuville, Brussels; John (Leigh) Pigeon, Brussels; Bruce (Kim) Pigeon, Brussels; Julie (Brian) Engebose, Luxemburg; Lisa (Galen) Baudhuin, Brussels; son-in-law: Dean LaLuzerne, Luxemburg; 31 grandchildren:Cory (Kristine) Englebert, Eric Englebert, Ryan (Heidi) Englebert, Holly (Jesse) Madoche, Ericka (Dan) Routhieaux, Heather (Rob) Joniaux, Jason (Tina) Jandrin, Brian (Jenny) Jandrin, Nathan Jandrin, Tyler Jandrin (fiancé Kate), Jeremy (Tonya) LaLuzerne, Jenny (Randy) Rosin, Cody LaLuzerne, Tabitha (Dustin) Charles, Tracy Pigeon, Jessica Pigeon, Josh Pigeon, Austin Pigeon, Bob Neuville Jr., Patrick Neuville, Nick Neuville, Shawn (Mary) Neuville, J.R. Pigeon, Jacob Pigeon, Katy Pigeon, Britney Pigeon, Bridget Engebose, Kyle Engebose, Logan Engebose, Dustin Baudhuin, and Brooke Baudhuin;24 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers:Anthony (Mae) Pigeon, Green Bay; Donald (Agatha) Pigeon, New Franken; and Bernard (Patsy) Pigeon, New Franken; 1 sister: Jlaine (Cletus) Zellner, Luxemburg.He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Derek Jandrin, a great-grandson, Braden Rosin, a brother, Charles Pigeon, mother and father-in-law, Robert and Verna Gibson, sister-in-law, Gloria Hawley, 2 brothers-in-law Charles Hawley and Lloyd Vincent.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis and St. Mary Parish in Brussels, with the Rev. Pius Cotter officiating.Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 p.m. at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay and at the church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.A prayer service is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Monday.Memorial may be directed to the Kidney or Diabetes Foundations.
