Victoria J. Yorita, 84, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on Feb. 2, 2010 in Green Bay. She was born on Feb. 3, 1925 in Chicago, IL. On July 25, 1970 she married James Yorita in Chicago. She and her husband owned and operated a bakery business in Flossmoor, IL for many years. They were summer residents of Door County for many years and retired to the Little Sturgeon area in 1995. Victoria enjoyed entertaining and being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mira (Richard) Dykowski, Oconomowoc; two grandsons, Richard (Michele) Dykowski, Waukesha and Nicholas (Shannon) Dykowski, Gilberts, IL; 2 great-grandsons, Luke and Maxwell. Friends may call on Friday, Feb. 5, from 4-8 p.m. at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay. |
