Opal C. McGrevey, 90, Sturgeon Bay and formerly of Iowa passed away, February 7, 2010 at Birch Creek Assisted Living & Health Care, DePere. She was born October 20, 1919 in Adair, Iowa to Theodore and Krista (Sorensen) Christensen.
Survivors include her daughter, Roxanna (Wayne) Rosinsky, Sturgeon Bay; three grandchildren, Christina (Kevin) Dickey, Howard-Sumaico; Edward (Barb) Snook, Ashwaubeon; David (Ronda) Snook, DePere; six great- grandchildren, Samantha Dickey; Steven Suycott, Bethany & Lauren Przybelski, Danielle & Davis Snook; three brothers, Virgil (Carol) Christensen, Stuart, IA; Pete (Maxine) Christensen, Baltimore, Maryland; Jack (Carolyn) Christensen, Fremont, CA; two sisters, Lillian (Carlos) Taylor, Marshalltown, IA; Eleanor Erdkamp, Lincoln, NEB. She was preceded in death by a son, Edgar Eugene, seven brothers and sisters.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010 at First United Church of Christ, 309 S. Webster Ave. Green Bay, WI, the Rev. Robert Laubenstein officiating. Friends may call after 10:30 a.m Saturday at the church until time of services.
