Larry Wayne Sealey, 59, of Forestville, passed away at home on May 13, 2009 of pancreatic cancer. He was born on Jan. 21, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to Harold and Miriam (Smith) Sealey. On April 22, 1972 he married Linda King in Sturgeon Bay. Larry enjoyed hunting and being in the outdoors, especially the mountains of Colorado. He also liked to carve and work with wood. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.Larry served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1970-1974 and from 1989-1998. He worked for Kewaunee Fabrication and was a member of the Algoma VFW. Survivors include his wife, Linda; 2 sons, Neil (Stephanie) Sealey, Forestville, and Brian (Rebekah) Sealey, Algoma; 6 grandchildren, Ben, Sadie, Oliver, Simon, Paul, and Eliza; his mother, Miriam Sealey, FL; a sister, Susan (Steve) Redman, FL; father and mother-in-law, Henry and Eva King; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne (Barbara) King, NM, Keith (Sherry) King, KY, and Bruce King and Beth Schnorr, Neenah; nieces, nephews and cousins.He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Mark. A memorial service will be 11:30 AMThursday, May 21 at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay. Friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established. |
